My culinary journey began at Johnson and Wales, where I honed my skills and developed a deep love for the art of cooking.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside culinary maestro Jean Robert de Cavel, soaking in invaluable experiences and refining my craft in various renowned restaurants. These experiences have not only shaped my skills but have also fueled my aspiration to create something truly special.
In 2023, I took a significant leap by acquiring a poultry and seafood retail and wholesale business, marking the start of an exciting chapter in my career. My vision goes beyond the kitchen; I am determined to transform this venture into a cherished family business, a legacy that will endure through generations.

Bienvenidos! I’m Ines, the co-owner of Barlion’s market, I bring a touch of Peru to our business. Born and raised in the enchanting landscapes of Peru, I embarked on a journey that led me to study both business and agriculture in college. These diverse fields have equipped me with a unique perspective, blending the richness of my heritage with a passion for sustainable and thriving business practices.
